Forthmatch is a platform for evaluating and comparing third-party logistics (3PL) providers based on data-driven scores, user reviews, and brand metrics. It is not a logistics broker, carrier, or intermediary. We provide insights and analysis but do not facilitate transactions or guarantee provider performance.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
   
• Infringe upon the rights of others
   
• Attempt to scrape, extract, or reverse engineer our data or services
   
• Use any automated means to access the Platform without prior permission
   
• Submit false reviews or manipulate provider scores
   
• Disrupt or harm the operation of the Platform
   

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

We use third-party APIs, public records, user submissions, and web scraping to generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the data. Use the information on Forthmatch at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Forthmatch, including branding, layout, visualizations, datasets, and software, is the property of Forthmatch or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTHMATCH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before the date of termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions below.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns informally. If necessary, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in the Netherlands.
